The men and the old brick building look great. I'd prefer this to be cropped from the left - I find the other people and objects distracting.

i didn't even notice other people before You wrote about them workster, so IMHO they are not so distracting .

Awesome shot. Two elders there look like floating above the ground, like they knew some misteries of life, younger people don't know about.

Good image, you could also try cropping the bottom to remove the walkway, that way the two men will look like they are sitting on the first floor of a building and change the title to "DONT JUMP"..
