I like the scene but sky is too bright compared to objects below it, which makes them a bit too dark.

Also Cokin filter would be useful to help you with the overexposure on the sky/clouds...

a nice composition but unfortunately (as mentioned above) the sky is over exposed and the foreground is under exposed. i totally agree with Madanapale that HDR would have been perfect for this situation. the bikes are a nice touch to the scene.
