Description
This is a series that I've been working on for a couple of years now, and while I'm moderately pleased with the results so far, I'm still looking for a more dramatic winter shot (i.e., one with snow and/or ice on the branches*). I'd also like to capture a little more (or less--I'm not entirely sure) uniformity in the cloud formations between photos. What are your comments and/or suggestions?Anyway, I plan to keep at this series until either the tree or myself gets hit by lightning.
* I do have other winter shots of this tree with snow on the branches; however, the sky is generally overcast, grey and boring. So the real trick is to get a shot where the sky contains at least enough blue to match the rest of the series, but before the wind blows all the snow off the branches!

@Lenn0: Actually, I never left--I'm still standing in the same spot
Seriously though, there's a cultivated part of the field (not pictured) and I stand on the corner of that area, and then eyeball everything as best I can. In addition, and for more precision, I layered the photos in Photoshop and used transparency and guides to get everything just right.

I was thinking on the same idea for long time. Now I think it's time to start working on it.
Especially, when I see that results may be very beautiful.
