I've been working on this on and off for about 5 months. I'm so glad to be done with it! I'd let it sit for a month or so, then get bursts of creative energy and obsess over it for hours. Whew. I'm glad that's over with.

She's Ariad, an original character I created to represent my own astrological sign. ^-^ I did a few other Zodiac girls, but then I got lazy with the concept and snuffed 'em. Oh, well.

Like the pose and composition, colours really pop it out too. The frame's pretty cool too.

Finally finished!

I'm thinking...just to push the gold/yellow, and red tones.....a neutral green background..not too saturated.

Very nice.I like your work with the colors.
I think you could give her some stronger shadows and her feet look weird..And the nose is at the wrong angle.
