As for constructive critiques, the eye seems a bit too high, the chin too tall and the way the thumb is bent seems unnatural, IMO.
Nevertheless, a fine painting

The dark parts of the neck are too strong in colour, so that they appear going too go deep into valleys. The thumb does not look anatomical correct. The colour of the dark parts is not very natural either, as there is the law in nature, that when a colour gets darker or lighter, the colour in itself has to change. Where in your work it appears to be just toned down with black or other non-colour, therefore too close in the same colour-range. In most cases the complementary colour is used for darkening shadowed areas, although other options can be use too, as it makes sure that the colour used is very different from the home colour.
But I do like the rest very much though .

There surely always is a way to make one work "better", but at a certain point you can ask yourself is this is necessary or not or if it might even destroy the mood of an image.

Especially in such a short time span this is excellent stuff
Your technique is really subtle and refined

I think it'd be better if we could see her entire hand? Hands add so much expression to a picture.

How did you do that texture in acrylics?
I was thinking - could be nice to use the same style (texture) for the face. (Just as experiment). Again - face. I would add more depth too. Because at the moment looks like scetch ... or unfinished. 24 hours - not too much for such work! The light is good.

The facial features, the anatomy, the everything. Is very well done
Lovely work with the hair. You have made this picture blend really greatly with all the tones and the image itself. Well done!.
+10 my highest, it deserves more
I really love the way you have composed this image, how it is surrounded by some sort of frame of blotches of colour. the brown, black, white and grey.
Fantastic!
Rae.
