Agree with Bill, I rather stay away from the smudge and use some soft brushes, if you have a wacom table, use transparency in the sensibility to have a more organic look to the blend.
The composition is nice, maybe she is a little bit to cornered.

yeah i know xD i mean i only send draw so It seems like i dont know how to use photoshop but i know how to use it xD sometimes i do great works sometimes, bad works xD

hmm, correct me if I'm wrong, but it looks like you painted over a photo? there are unbelievable differences between selected parts of the image when it comes to detailing. The wings, dress, etc look very blurred, but the hand& face look as sharp as a photograph. May we see the reference photo that you used while painting this?
