I really like this. I'm not a big fan of portrait--altho I see you catergorized it as "uncatergorized". I see the hair and face as soft texture-nicely blended and really like that. the red-toned background is complementary. personally I could do without the bubbles. or just one bubble(is this about her or bubbles?). from a design perspective objects in odd numbers usually work best. the large bubble down low appears to have a ring around it which I think would look better without.
constructive ideas aside-well done!

The bubbles are really nicely done. The face is really lovely too. The only thing that I think looks odd is that the top left hand corner looks just a tad empty

I guess there isn't much from design or planned illustration; other elements (butterflies/bubbles) came later as it felt extremely empty (yeah, left side still is)... I definitely could do better with composition as that, eh :/ For now I enjoy colouring face and bubbles XD

This is really nice, I would have liked to see more work put into the hair but the rest is very nicely rendered.

i absolutely love how you've painted her..looks very very beautiful, almost with a classic feel to her features and i just find that so gorgeous. also i really like the expression she has on her face, it's really telling a story all on its own. you've done all aspects of the painting really well, but the thing that turns me off about this is unfortunately the fact that there are those bubbles around her..i don't know, they just look out of place and seem kinda silly compared to this otherwise very mature and serious painting. somehow they make it look cliche to me, which is a shame. :/ but i know that depends entirely on my taste and technically it's still flawless
