Description
Another peaceful sunset day at Yxlan. The pink color of the sky was there but was enriched slightly by the use of filters (Polarizer+ND filters).
I used a tripod and had my camera set for long exposure.
This place is just a short walking distance from my cottage house.
A great place for photography!
Hope you will enjoy!
I posted also a vertical composition in the additional download section.
The focal point - The key, is new for this season. In the winter when the sea goes below freezing point we have thick ice covering the area.. The power of the ice in movement (yes it moves) is so strong that many things break. Therefore they use a wire/rope to pull the entire key up in the air so it does not break from the winter ice!
PS. I have tweaked the original post slightly according to level suggestions by
Thanks man!

Happy that you like this one!
@trevorm: Thanks for suggesting the level changes (in a pm to me). I have listened to yet another of your great and precise advises.
Thanks to everyone else for taking their time to comment.
A ratio of 1/10 commenting is not to bad for being gfx of today I guess ...

Yeh man I am a bench:fetich freak! Can't be without them...
...Btw, you need seriously to do something about your avitar. It looks like you have some kind of horrible disease (honestly)! Most likely due to ultra pixelation of the avitar. Get it fixed up man asap!

Btw., it looks like you got the exposure right this time.

I decided to take it from this distance as I did not want to be to far away from the subjects that gives the so called "additional objects" in the composition ie the key and the stone in the water to be to small in the overall composition.
The full size version (which I did not post here) is rocking!

Love the overall 'pink' tone. Beautiful shot!!

I prefer the vertical composition with the tones of the edited one.
I love these long exposures of water, much more peaceful which is often the goal when photographing a body of water.

The filters have though emphasized these colors. The natural color of those rocks are very close to red:ich so it is not unnatural imo.
