Description
My face must have frightened him, so white and fierce through the darkness. I saw his green eyes flick up to the stone angel which loomed above us, its features reflected my own luminous appearance.I held my violin in my lap, clutching the one thing which I had brought from my mortal life. He knew it then, that the music he’d heard, the sweet songs that had penetrated his dreams was from me.
I felt the familiar thirst pressing against my throat in a giant lump which threatened to make me choke. I stood, he froze, my heart was pounding in my ears, enveloping the sounds of the traffic. We were far beyond their gaze; he was lost in my domain, my embrace, my thirst.
My teeth were in his neck, I felt his fists hitting my back becoming weaker, he was heavy in my arms. I dropped him. His lifeless body left in the leaves, drained of everything. Memories. Thoughts. Life. Everything.
Some reference used to get the face right from a magazine, reference for the idea of the angel in the background and a couple of textures thrown in to make it more exciting.
Laurent and the story belong to me.

Love the face
Upper body seems a bit stiff with the left arm
going straight down and seems also a bit too short
The back-and foreground tend to blend in
with eachother
Love the mood and the muted colours
Good work + 9

To Wallace; Thank you for the critique, I had a little trouble with the posing and didn't really know where I was going with the - the only clear image I had in my head was of his head and my face.
His back and form are supposed to blend into the darkness, as he is a vampire and they are, after all, creatures of the night. He is supposed to look as if he's one with the shadows, like you have to really look to see his body, but his face is almost fiercely pale against it.

In addition I don't think that the gothic-culture-symbol of the cross was really nesecery, it becomes very overrated but I take it as a completion to the filling-in of the picture.
Anyways good job

I think the border of the bow should be more regular.
