Good DOF and detail, especially for 5.6. You needed just a little more DOF, but this is minor. The angle could be lower, but trying to take photos of bugs on the ground myself, I know how difficult it is to get lower than that.
The light problem is because you were not in an ideal position. You needed to be more to the right. Worth trying fixing it, but the result I dont like. The colours there dont seem natural (too red). Maybe try to play gtently with shadow/highlight first, see what you get, and take it from there.
Anyway, very nice macro.

Don't like the position of the "creature" wiithin the composition. It is to tight to the right border.
Some areas are a bit dark.
