Think an angle and position where the fence is not there would be better for your composition.

would be much better as a high-contrast BW imho... also it's a little to bright/slightly overexposed in the sky...

Good one. I agree with the fence. If you passed it and place the chapel a little to the left and put the beginning of road somewhere on the right hand bottom corner, it would be better I think. Yes, that would be another photo, but if I were you I will definitely go with that.
