I do not edit or delete the wire fence with Photoshop.. it is the focal length what makes it disappear.

Great and happy smile there!
Still some areas are blurred!
Background looks a bit distrating imo.

gr8 zones as mentioned by the master himself..

Given the conditions you used your camera cleverly. The area where the 'fence effect' is still evident and thus distracting is from his right eye to top of the head.
The black stuff that cuts his left ear is also annoying. I would have suggested a very close-up crop focusing on the eyes and mouth, but then you would probably get 20 comments complaining about cutting his ears (possibly including one from me)
Good job.

I would like to see some more sharpness on the fur and some less noise on the backround. Still, a beautiful photo!

The whiskers work very effectively as 'leading lines', starting off slightly blurred and leading the eye in towards the mouth. I'd like to be able to see more detail in terms of texture in the tongue - not sure if you may have lost some detail there during p/p that you could recover... (prob not).
The background looks good to the left, following the line of the cats body - I'm not so comfortrable with the dark area to the right though - it is a bit too powerful and draws attention. You could try for an off centre crop removing that area and going for a more 'arty' interpretation... or for a really dramatic crop you could consider filling the frame with the face only, cropping from the sides and keeping only the central third of the image. Just some alternatives...
Finally I have to mention my 'pet bug' of disliking text actually on the photograph - at least in this case its neat and not too overpowering but if it must be there i prefer to see it included in the frame.
It's a powerful image and very well captured. Good work.
