Description
I finally had some free time to do some of my own stuff, and this gave me the opportunity to do what I really like: line-art/ comic style.
After all the painting this is a welcome return for me
This is a drawing based on the movie 'Equilibrium' (2002, courtesy: Miramax Films)
A nice little gem that got overlooked.
it features the awesome Gun-Fu (or Gun-Kata), a combination of martial arts and using fire-arms.
For those who haven't seen it you can find information about this movie here:
http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0238380/
Inked with 'ordinary' multiliners and coloured with PS
Working time: approx. 15 -18hours
Bigger size can be viewed here (recommended):

Those weird looking T shaped gun flares are an essential detail throughout the movie.
The WIP can be viewed here:

Thanks for those who followed the WIP!

The colour is perfect, fits the dull lifelessness of the movie's setting. I might have even desaturated it a little and colour balanced it towards blue a smidgeon. The "T"'s of the gun's are wonderful too
Looking at the final product, i do think, even stylized, that he looks slightly overbalanced to the left as his right leg doesn't cover the center of gravity.
Really nice work man, you should be happy with it, glad to see you posting more stuff, I WANT MORE!! 8/10
