Neat composition - beautifully timed to centre the swan between those ripples of sunlight...
Swan looks overxposed but.. i dropped it into photoshop and there is plenty of shadow detail evident even from the jpeg - i reckon with some careful dodging you could introduce some detail there.
Nice piece.

The colors are nice, and the composition works.
I think there's just too much unnecessary space at the bottom, and the picture seems a bit unbalanced. I would crop some of that

The overexposure-issue has been noticed above me.

Nice higlights on the water....the swan is a little overexposed and it could be sharper.

Love swans!

Would have preferred the swan in the lower left section and a more interesting background!
