To me looks good in proportions and anatomy ^.^
I just would add some shadows because right now your face seems a little flat

too blurry. The nose looks a bit odd - you should define it's shape some more. The drawing is lacking strong shadows and contrast. Some highlights here and there - for the hair ,as example,it looks flat because of lacking highlights at all
You cute - I can't deny this

So you're nice subject for drawing - work on this more
