Nice job. This could have been a straightforward hand study, but by intertwining them, it becomes much more interesting and playful. I think the hands which are grasping arms are the weakest; they seem to lack some of the sense of structure shown in the others. I think my favorites are center-right and bottom-left.

Some of hands look good - some of them - not. You didn't use the reference (your hands) for all of them? Some look realistic and some mistaken and odd.

If uve used your own hand/s as reference than you do have a keen eye (i think ) because you've made a great piece with reference that's harder to use imo. I agree with Raphael about the hands .Furthermore Other artists have already said the other important stuff.
