Description
Well first of all; this is my first artwork posted in a long long time and my first portrait since July. It feels like I haven't drawn for a long long time. So I hope everyone likes this drawing. I did add the Sepia tone to it because it looked better that way and the real image (reference) is also that colour so I wanted to keep it as close as I could. Drawing it troubled me first but then I got itI've always loved the 50's style and I have suddenly got into the idea of drawing a great icon - James Dean which infact passed 52 years ago from September 30th, 1955. So I also dedicate this to his young death.
James Byron Dean
1931-1955 R.I.P
Used Throughout:
2H, HB, B, 2B
I can not put up my reference at this time, so sorry

Why thanks Zazill - I like to dedicate drawings, gives it a meaning to appear
Thank you all for your wonderful comments - It feels nice to have compliments when I haven't had them for so long - and since this is my first drawing in awhile I'm glad it's turned out alright.
Long live James Dean!

But maybe you could have placed a little more space between the text at the top and the drawing? It's a little cramped at the moment.

Great job with the expression, and the sepia tone has made it look like a poster thats sprung out of the 50's
