The wax has made a very interesting shape. It'd almost be a good idea to experiment with that, upping the contrast and playing around with the different globby shapes and interesting silhouettes a person could make. I really enjoy the mood and symbolism presented by candles. Great subject matter.

in this case i think it would be best to focus on both the candle and the floor textures, since the candle's the main subject. i do love the atmosphere you achieved in this though and the composition's quite good +8
