Nice fog atmosphere. I am fine with this crop, though I would prefer a lower angle. Also, try reducing the green channel and see what it does.

Looked at the one in additional download section (the "desaturated" version).

That one actually has a more "red"ich cast over it and some noise in the foggy sky is more visible there. (select all but the man and his yellow jacket first then...)

Try instead using selective color and reduce the black from the yellow color. Just a thought! Do this in layers so you have full control of opacity!

Nice mood and feeling of loneliness. I think that you should rotate this so that the bridge is horizontal.
