Your shutter speed is 1/400, but still the image looks blurred. Might have been because your camera didnt auto-focus well (which is cool with a FinePix: not manual focus) but with a few other shots you could improve this. Try to fix your camera on the point where the bubbles are. For instance: hold a stick in the place of focus: keep the shutterbutton half-pressed, and then blow the bubbles. This way your focus is good.
I love the dreamy mood, putting this in sepia tone is a good decision
So try to get it focussed! But stick to the superb mood of your pictures!

You need a better background, and have these bubbles sharper. The burned sky I find distracting.
