I like the DOF and details, though maybe there is too much blur, altogether. The white patch at the bottom right I'd darken, as it is blurry anyway.
I like the tone you selected.

I selected the view from behind cause I would like to give impression of an external observer following the normal life of a spider.
I agree too with Roadrunner about with spot ... should be darkened.
About blurring depends on the strict DOF of my 60mm macro lens, there were not enough light in the environment and i didn't use the flash.
