Nice suit! Create an Avatar normaly and just save it as a gif. And use following Option when saving. Indexed Color Palette: Exact Colors: 3 Forced: Black and White Switch off transparency voilat +10 for that thing in the black coat

One would think you drew in his smile Patrick. What an adorable bird! I didn't see the previous version. I do like the background here. I think there is too much room above. I'd crop off about an inch. Also, a 1/2 step lower exposure would have prevented the burned out highlights of the snow. Nice photo! Does this mean you are becoming a birder?

Thanks for the advice Michelle. Agree about the 1/2 step lower exposure. I don't think that I could ever become a birder. My experience in the wilderness area is almost none. My patience is not on that level either. I do appreciate your dedication, knowledge and patience and wonderful work. Same to all the other specialists in the "birdy" field. Like Monjo, Mugil, Ogu and many more... The foreground is actually ice and not snow. I do see the overexposure there but I wanted to keep that foreground chunk of ice to give that low angle feel and also a foreground, midground and background in the composition...
