My only critisium is that the top of the head looks a little flat. I just think that a tad more hair would resolve the problem.

although I know that in it very many errors and omission
to SandraS
no it's not photo - its simply green ... mud %), which originally planned as shadow + reflection from the background in layer with "shadowmap filter"(so that face not would be simply red spot)
and effect of sharpness gives "coal" (corel painter's tool) which I used throughout the entire skin
so there's again some cuts and you can see there that lips are not even colored in some place. it is simple double-sided outline + pair of transparent stroke of the paint-brush + charcoal again ^_^
