He is talking about her left arm. Please have a look at the thumb and the wrist. It does not show the same quality like the rest of her body.and of course her face does. The perspective of her and the ornamental piece in the bg are kind of incoherent. Besides that great work on her and in particular on her face and hair.

hair seems "cutout" it does not fit with face the ornamental background seems pasted in some areas do not have the same details as the rest eg the hand great pose great face leaves in background work very well The lack of details in some areas makes me wonder if maybe you used a direct reference for some parts...that is fine but you always need to be careful as it can cause other things not to fit with the rest you can get perspective etc problems

The painting is excellently done. The hair is great and she has a really pretty face. The lighting is also very well done. I think the structure of the paiting is a bit weak and your talent in the painting doesn't stand up as well in her legs. But its WAY better than I can do so please don't take offense. +9

I'm not sure, but it might be that the face (seeher chin) is placedtoo faraway from the neck? In any case, her lips could need some more work, They look too orange and dry, some gloss give them a smoother and more wet look. Nice design and confident facial expression! Good job with those black clothes around her arm and neck!
