Her shins appear a bit long.
But its very neat anyway!

Did you use a Poser reference?

Judging by the plastic-looking color, meticulous toes together with some suspicious artifacts that suggest 3D polygons, and the impossible crease in the shoulder -- I would agree you are right. Probably not even reference, but a straight Poser figure pasted into the picture and painted over.

but again i think the perspective isa little extreme
her feet look giant in comparison with her head
the skin tones are nice but more textures are needed i think

humans!
Poser figures just don't cut it. If you don't have any willing models on hand, get a mirror or a digital camera and start posing yourself. The best part of this piece is easily the foliage for it's variation in color and detail, so you've definitely got it in you to paint some successful figures, too, with practice from proper sources.

I have to agree that poser is a bad place to go to for anatomy reference. Not to say you dont have a lot of talent in your art, you seem more advanced than I am with painting. Just study elsewhere and your work will be unique to you and will improve.

but it doesn't means that you can't make this look better and more real...
you should start adjusting the strange shadows on her shoulders and maybe adding some more skin tones ... it's too plastic looking right now ...
anyway..
great wings and lovely dress desing
keep working you're getting better and better
