Nice work, I really like the hair. I think by making the shadows a bit darker, this can get more contrast and not seem as flat.

Thanx for your comments guys About the flowers, I only wanted one of them to be colored to give it a "tinted effect"... I didnt want all the attention drawn to the flowers rather than the face itself,esp the eyes, which are supposed to attract the most attention...
