Moody and expressive!
Dunno about the "tight" crop.

What a beauty.
Gotta draw your face right now!
And I like the top and bottom crop.
It involves me more and drags me near. I'm almost too shy to look at it.
Good work.
You should just learn some basic photoshop skills to blur some of the pixels away and maybe play with tonal values.

I agree with the comments about the nice mood and expression. The composition is a bit tight for me and it's a bit noisy as well.
Still a nice portrait.

Gods-Mistake: well, if you really draw my face, please let me know, wanna see

If you like the noise, its fine.
And sure, I can show you what I did with your face, but I'm not very confident with drawing from references. Especially, when it comes to faces. One millimeter wrong and it's someone different.
But you asked for it. I'll show you, when I get my ass up to scan my sketchbook at college.

The tight cropping works here well...

I like the crop, although, I wish you hadn't cut off your chin and eyebrow.
Not sure if that is film grain or noise. Having a description helps your viewer.
