Nicely composed except for the tilt to the clockwise. I'd have stepped down the exposure 1/2 to 1 in order to avoid the over-exposure to the snow and tree branch reflections. I understand that in bright sun, this photo is likely almost impossible to properly expose throughout. Early or late day sun would have provided better results. I'd also clone out the object floating in the water. The addition of the shrub in the foreground was a good choice.

Pretty nice composition. Definitely worth a reshoot if you ever go back.

Some exposure problems: whites are overexposed, and your shadows are a bit too grey.

Feels as though there should be more space to the left (basically longer horizontal wise).

The bush/shrub is very distracting.

I agree with MsM. It's a tad tilted and a bit overexposed, I would recommend the use of a polarized filter, it would help IMO.
Loved the place, great composition.

Good point Vasco. A polarizer would have been very helpful here.

I would clone out the pole/tree trunk on the shore on the right hand side. its distracting ! and is that a person standing to the left of the same thing ?

The washed out colours in the green areas are in fact caused by particles of airborn dust.

The cure, well the cure is a UV filter, put it on the lens and keep it there ! :)

A polarizer would help during certain lighting conditions, as in the angle of the light, it comes in 2 flavours circular and linear.. they are not cheap ! :)

Agree about the difficult light conditions mentioned.

Would have preferred this composition without the foreground bushes.

The overexposed mountains tops with snow is a pity definitely.

Could be really good if you take this and control the light better.

Whoa Ellen!

:) Anyways :)

Translation:

I like monkeys and squirrels, especially when they're in a tree. Also, my favourite colour is pink, but I dont like pink combined with monkeys and squirrels.
