The composition is nice, but if I should be picky then I'd have to say that I don't like how the torch go paralell into the outline of the dark figure in the background.
The anatomy is good but the collarbones needs a bit extra attention.
I love the colors and how this painting seem to be like a scene from a movie. Great job.

I'm going to fix it...
Usually, I picture the scenes in my mind as a movie scene, like you stop the movie when you are watching it and get the frame.

I love that you put a variety of hues into the skin. There are some areas of nice subtleties in coloration, such as on the spear.
It's a good idea for a scene, but I think a more dynamic angle or dramatic lighting situation would invite the viewer to experience the action more intimately and with more interest.
