Use of pink is rather strong pulling attention to its presence rather than being being balanced. The lighter pink text boxes could be emphasized by adding a stroke around the edge, to make it stand out from the image. The white and yellow text on light pink makes it difficult to read, perhaps use of the company colors here would work against the pink behind the text. Overall the text boxes just don't complement the imagery in a successful manner, in that they just add more elements to the layout. Keep it simple, reduce image size slightly and put text right on pink background. This will allow you to use color presently used.

I like most of it but the part in the middle where it states ingredients. I think it could have been better designed. Also type treatment and styles not consistent through the ad.

Accept the criticism of genesm. I will work very strong in this points.
