Description

Personal work. It was fun to give her an evil face. I better clear out beforehand that while drawing this I didn't have an intention to give political messages or anything like that , so please don't dwell on that. I hope you'll enjoy this.

Looks excellent. My only criticism is that the rain seems too uniform. Too parallel, if you know what I mean, it all goes in exactly the same direction. I'm not making much sense, i'll shut up. Well Done :)

Really great work. Love the tones. Wish the hand/torch wasn't cut off like that.

It's a great image--technically well done and quite powerful--but you really can't take an icon like this and do something so radical and expect NOT to generate political interpretations.
Your style and palette really suit this subject, and the expression is very convincing. I have to agree with purplerose about the cropping, though.

Nice work! i really dig this, the style, lighting, colours and the unintentional political undertones are great! i agree with Raphael with the rain being a bit too uniform, but thats minor.

what I would have also loved to have seen, is her from a slightly lower angle, so we look up at her, giving her a more powerful dominating presence over the viewer, then you could then also fit in her touch from that angle. it just an idea, but this is great regardless! keep it up mate!

top marks for a good (is that the word ?) idea. Simple (I mean the idea) but effective. I shall use it as a wallpaper for my pc if you don't mind !
