This is a copyrighted work belong to SkyTraver CGI-VFX for a 3D animation project, where I done the Matte Painting work.

On the process I used: many photographies refs and PS tochues for rise a bit the fantastic look.

NOTE: The build is called like "Library of Efess"

Yepp, the clouds looks really cool. The lightning is great touch as well. The only thing that's bugging me is the lighting. The clouds and the top of the ruins don't have uniform lighting. They should be receiving light from the sun rays coming through the sky and the lightning bolts, but it looks like they have two other light sources that don't quite fit the scene.
