The tonality is amazing in this, mind sharing how you achieved it? Ive been trying to figure out how to give this sort of tone but my efforts have been fruitless, just can't seem to get it just right. I think the contrast is perfect the way it is.

I think something about the men covered in dust and looking the same as the stone makes it very interesting; first them blend into the building which makes it a neat find when you see them, secondly it reminds me (though probably only me) of merging who you are with your work, as cliche as it sounds.
