Maybe add some details to the face and neck some hints of muscles etc

This is really awesome. Love the fire effects. Really nice level of details.

Hand look a bit too small though.

I think the highlights on the smoke clouds could use more work though, they look too sketchy compared to the rest of the image.

Nice work. I see you started to bring some yellow into the figure, but I think you could push it a little more, since the fire is so bright. The highlights would definitely have more of a cast to them. Wonderful detailing on the armor, particularly the chainmail and bracers.
