I like his expression a lot -- it looks like the type of expression someone much older than him should be making.

The DOF blur on his forehead is a bit of a bummer. I think with a bit more post-processing this could look really exceptional. Personally, I'd bump the contrast a bit to bring out the shadows and maybe dodge out the distracting elements in the background.

I think this would probably look better in black and white as well, as it's relying more on tones than color, and that would emphasize them -- but that's just my opinion.

I agree with Byonder, he does have an older look in his eyes. Nice one, although I like Byonder version a bit more. That green on the BG is a bit awkward to me.
