Very nice drawing.....the large highlight on the shoulder is a little distracting.

Really like the tonalities you got in this. would try smoothing out the shadow areas a bit more though.

I don't agree in that the shadows should be smoother... It is great as it is, I love the style!
And those strong, dark eyes is amazing!
