I love what you have captured here. The man on the left is a study in himself, but I particularly like how you have complimented that with the father and son (I presume) greeting each other (or whatever is happening) on the right. This really works in capturing the the sublime effects of contrast to contrast. The street is also well lit through the centre of the photo and the light travels up into a glistening glow that joins the subjects together.

On the other side, from the technical point of view there is a lot of high iso noise, probably you can use some noise filter in post processing.

I think you should either try to get focus on the main guy on the left and have rest blurred or have a higher aparture value to get more in focus.

You are somewhat inbetween. The background folks are more out of focus and distracting as per now imo.

Try to shoot these from a lower angle next time.

Having all of the man in the composition would be also better.

One eye is looking at me and the other isn't!!! It's freaking me out! Nice shot of a crowded street, perhaps a bit lower as mentioned, i do feel like something is missing from the bottom of the photo.. But I like the DOF, it's enough to see whats happening in the BG.

Moser has a good point! I'd go for the blurred people on the Back! It also looks that you have a bit too much noise in this one.
