Hi everybody. I painted this image totally in Painter, which is somewhat of a change for me. Up till now I haven’t manage painting any of my more involved paintings without the help of the mighty Photoshop! But finally I forced myself and with the help of Robert Chang’s brush set I did it! Hope you enjoy and spare a few moments to leave any comments and crits.

Great work!What is the original size of it? I'm struggling with the painter too. Do you know that ctrl+Alt lets you to change the size of the brush on the canvas itself? it really helped me

Letter "E" lets you to change the angle of the canvas so you fit it to your arm strokes, and with cpace+Alt+click you're returning the canvas to original angles - that's a few things that helped me to start

Maybe I woudl locate the mountain and the sun a little more to the right.

Nice work. You use of color is amazing with this piece. Don't be afraid to push y our values more, however. Lighter values and less saturated colors on the background could have added a lot of depth.

Other than that, this is very well drawn and painted.
