Thanks people! Vasco you taught me selective desats when I first came here and you do them extremely well!
Yes, the windows and all the blacks were darkened slightly as I've striven to present a relatively dark scene with just the high color accent. The original showed no details in the windows regardless, This actually had very sunny bright green surroundings which subtracted from the focus on the building.
