Description

My submission, painted just for the contest, Angel category. This was quite a challenge, as this is the first full-length human I've ever painted. I''m still very much learning, I'm sorry for the anatomical errors.
I put well over 25 hours into this piece so far. There's so much more I would have like to have done.. but alas, I ran out of time.
Painted in Photoshop. Thank you so much for looking! :}

I -love- the expression on her face, particularly in the detailed view. Another thing I am very fond of is the way her skirt blends into the clouds at her feet, and then the wispy-ness of the clouds ciircling around her legs.

I really love the color choice and the way the folds of her dress iterate the feathers of her wings. Very nicely done! The clouds look great too!

nice colour theme and i like how the colour of the sky is nicely reflected on the wings. it just looks so beatiful. and the smokey ring around her legs is also cool, keep up the great work!

Gorgeous! For the first time painting a full-length human, this is wonderful!

Only crit I have is that, going from the lighting on her face, it looks as if there should be some brighter highlights on her dress.

I love the way you paint clouds, btw!

I like the birds, and the detail on her wings. I like the clouds/mist too. amazing.
