Characteristic polystyrene look: monochromatic shading with no color interaction. Washed out colors. Use - actially, overuse - of neutral gray for everything, including in pure form in the hairand walls. The shadows are either nonexistent or wrong, which gives this a typical "floating" look, with no weight or connection to each other.

Rethink the color scheme and lighting and paint this again, properly.

reminds me of my very first attempts on digital drawing....
this has the same problems my works had, the majority of them already mentioned by Arenhaus. i would also say you should smooth angles in your objects and make them less sterile, but first of all take really care of what he said, if you really want to improve....
