Watercolor and some masking fluid, correct? That's what I infer, though I may be wrong.
I like the redness of the nose. It draws the eye in, making you move from one detail in the face to the next. The ribbon curl above her chest is wonderfully excecuted.
Now, for things to look out for in the future:
The gems seem very solid and not at all crystalline. This is forgivable, as crystals are one of the hardest subjects to paint. The blocks of background color in the hair seem to take away from the sheer volume that hair like that would have. Perhaps adding in a few wayward strands might help. Also, the brown blocky objects are confusing. Are they rocks, or flowers? The largest seems like the former, but the rest seem like the latter (with tiny whorls and swirls).
It is quite beautiful, and, if done with watercolor as I suspect, incredibly well done.

Very nice colors! I'm not really getting an earthy feeling from this though, I think it may be because I thought the rocks were flowers at first! Perhaps refining those rocks would be a good idea?
