Not photorealism, but a good one. Two tips: vary your color, and pay more attention to contour. You must define the shape even if it's stylized, and you must devise a color scheme even if it is stylized.

The face is really good , but I think the hair and his clothes need a little more depth to fit in.

It's a solid rendering but rather smooth. I'd like to see more textures in places where they should be, like his clothing. Also, when the background is such a warm red, it competes for the viewer's attention. It's actually making the character's face less triking for me. I would make it a lot less saturated, or even perhaps try a blue background.
