The beard overflows a bit into the clothing, but maybe that's intentional?
The gray bugs me too but it looks like you used neutral or colorless gray. Don't do that it takes all the colordepth out of your drawing. Gray is always a little saturated in real photoshop saturation 0% gray doesn't exist irl
