I like the pose of the girl and the detailing of the seat she's sitting on. I think the 'window' might look a little better if it fit in with the colour scheme of the rest of the picture.
Overall, good job. It has a sense of depth and mood.

I dunno, I quite don't like this. Probably because I'm not geting the idea. Is it an (space)ship? Is the girl looking for something... where? Why? I'd also make the foreground much darker to let the window to get more atteniton. Nevertheless, you have good sense for drawing technology stuff, mechanical thingies, etc.
