But agree with the anatomy observations, mainly on the shoulders of the figure in blue and grey. The body of the dragon could use some more volume too. But I like your chice of colors on this one - `cept for the neutral gray thing

I like the characters in general. They have personality. Though the girl... she seems like she just picked up the sword and doesn't know what to do with it. That would be fun if it was intentional -like if she was thinking: oh oh I'm wielding a sword and now what?!- But it is not the case and to me the girl's lack of expression is a shame.
I understand when you say you wanted to keep the design, as close as possible, to the original concept by Matt Brown. But I think you still should correct the problem with proportions, as Crow, Arenhaus and Augusto pointed out.
Colours and textures are very nice. But I agree the neutral grey was not the best choice, and the metal could reflect some other colours. Have you tried to put shadows to the characters? Anyway, overall it's a good work mate!
