You've used the same photo twice? I like it better than I like your previous submission. If you're going to do something like this, with one colored bit among alot of gray, make sure that the grey is subtle. Your main feature doesn't have much accent.

Please don't animate your thumbnails. I can see it over on the right side of the screen... and I am about to pass out.
