back of right thigh caught my eyes. its minor, but the line could have been placed and drawn a bit differently. sweet seeing your new piece~ ^^

I think this is classified as drawing because you can see the lineart. Just be careful not to make the lines too unnoticable, or people will think it's a painting.

Like Hoon, the right thigh bothers me a little- the colour is different and the lineart looks a little misplaced, I think. But I wouldn't worry about it too much- the picture's sweet as is!

Sweet and beautiful. *nodnod* Aside from the right thigh, maybe a bit more variation in line weight overall would punch it up a bit. But I'm no comic artist so I'll just sit and stare at your purty stuff.

Thank you all for the comments and feedback Yeah, I noticed that the right thigh could have been better; it was because I changed the background color at the last minute, and while I remembered to fix up most of the lower leg, I accidentally left the thigh alone. I will probably fix that... one day

the shadow on the leg from the out-stretched arm is a nice touch. it gives the whole picture a feeling of depth

Very awkward in places, and the colors seem smeared and washed out.

The wide part of the forearm is not just below the elbow. It is around the elbow.

Paint the thickness -- the edges -- of details like the cloth and bandages and I think you'll take this to the next level.

Some of the shadows look grayed down without being pushed either warmer or cooler.

jfrancis: Thank you for the detailed critiques; I really appreciate it. The forearm/elbow anatomy was a mistake on my part; by the time I noticed it I had already sent the pic off. I will keep it in mind for future works though

As for the thickness of cloth and bandages, as well as the other materials, I actually did paint them in. The downsizing took away a lot of the details though - perhaps what I should do is to make them more obvious

the eyes and hair on this piece are magnificent. love the shadowing on the body too - she's beautiful.
