Description

I had troubles with this pic... And with my computer >< So I couldn't finish it as I wished to... She is one of the eastaress, women that live only one or 2 days, like butterflies. They are created by moon light, stones and water, and during the night of the first or 2d day, they give their soul to the sky, to light a star, and then disappear in the water, when they came from...

Can't say that it's perfect, but the vibrant colors alone deserve my fullest +7. :) Great job.

I like the concept and the movement the picture's got. The cloth is very well drawn too. However, there's a little bit of a cut-out feel to her sleves and there aren't really any texture, especially on the trees. Other than that, I like it.

Nice concept, and I really love the texture and design of her dress, although the proportions of her body--especially the leg, seems out of place. Her leg is almost as thin as her arms!! You need to work on the texture too--the water doesn't look very watery. I suppose it could use a little more transparency. The texture of the trees too. But the moon and the night sky is beautifully done.

Well I think that everyone doesn't see very well the leg... maybe the pic is too dark. I don't think there are disproportions with it, and it is not thin at all, the painting must be too dark around it, so you don't see very well how it is...
For the trees and water, you're right, but as I explained it, I had problems with my computer, and I lost the .psd file before I finished the background...
It was hard to finish it on a .jpg save.... :/

Anyway, thanx for your comments : )

her proportions are fine to me, I think people are confusing her ankle as her knee. The fabric around her leg seems a lil bit flat, but I'm loving the atmosphere. :)

o.O This pic reminds me of Enaylas Artworks ^^' I mean the setting and the colors ^^'
But there are still some things I noticed. The whole pic is very detailed, so it must have been a lot of work. The anatomy seems fine to me. But some parts look too smudged, as for example the water or leaves in the background. Is her foot partly in the water? Why can't I see it shining through it? ^^'

That are just some things I notice. Nonetheless it's a good work *smile* Just think of adding some more textures next time, and use harder brushes. So things won't look that smudged ^^

Wow - that's very lovely - speciallyl the folds are very original - even if the colors might remind a bit of Linda B the style you have is very unique.

The dress is very well done, I feel like I could touch the satin! I also love the composition and the diagonal you have between the moon and the woman, leading the eye to the flame in her hand.

This definetly has some of Enaylas touch and also reminds me of Lord of the Rings.
Very nice ;)

I like the drape of the dress fabric and I'm impressed with the beautiful colors! Lovely work.

I can see why people say it looks like enayla's artworks, because of the colour and to me, that fireball she's holding.
That detail on her clothes is amazing, i also really like the design of her clothes. the background is very mythical too. The picture looks sad, yet magical.
