Description

A great American car, the Dodge Challenger is a pure Muscle car, and thats why I made it.

It took about 2 weeks to finish, its modelled with 3D Max 6 and rendered with Vray Advanced 1.09.

Please see the larger version for more details!

Hope you like it...

Great work! Did you use editable Polys with Mesh Smooth or Splines?

That's a gorgeous render. I've lusted after one of these for a long time perhaps sharing the garage with a Hemi Head Charger.

Very nice job!!!! pure muscle render of a pure muscle car,..... top score..
only a few things..: Dodge logo is a bit to large/high, the bright baige redlection on the front fender stops rather sutten compaired to the other reflections on the nice car, maybe the rear of the car is a bit to low,... otherwise an awesome render...

I didnt like the material on ex. the window or the wheels.
+For work with the modelling and rendering!

front wheel is too big for the body of the car which makes it stand out as a 3D model, but top marks for the rest of it!

very nice indeed, i like the lighting. A good choice of car too. ;)

My only gripe is the far-too-shiny disk breaks.

You all but forced me to log in for this one. I'm glad I decided to check the site. This is impresive if only for the fact that you constructed it without the use of one of those scan-trace devices. I am going to be ultra ultra picky because everything is done very well. The C pillar shape and decklid taper is not quite correct. The rendering is exceptional. Cool!!!!

The render only took 5 min, because iam using a Dual Xeon 3.2 GHz and 2,0 GB of Ram and a radeon 800 pro...

Why the Goddyear logos on tires are backwards?

I think I would like to see the ground and road that is reflecting in the car to be actually there.
